Our estimating service provides the costs (and more) for constructing self-builds and extensions, plus loft, barn and garage conversions… basically anything residential. Our professional estimators have priced thousands and thousands of projects between them. Their estimates include every last brick tie and tube of mastic, and every hour that the brickies, plasterers, roofers etc. will be on site. Mini diggers, skips… you get the idea.
