No site visit is required; your dedicated construction specialist will work with you over the phone and online to get the drawings you’re after. Use the service standalone or combine with an estimate too to get your project off to the best possible start!

We can draft your extension building drawings quickly. You’ll receive buildings plans and elevations, plus impressive 3D visualisations. Choose from either an indicative scheme drawing, more detailed drawings for planning application/permitted development, or the planning and building regulation drawings required by Building Control.

PROFESSIONAL DRAWINGS
All our drawings are done at A3 1:50 so you can easily print them out. You’ll receive plans and elevations, plus impressive 3D visualisations whatever service level you choose.
NO SITE VISIT REQUIRED
It’s easy! There’s no site visit required and all we need from you is a few details about the project, sketch floorplans and a few photographs (internal and external), then over to us.
A PROMPT RESPONSE
We don’t take any short-cuts and will discuss any queries we may have. All the same, turnaround of plans is typically just 7-10 days. We'll give you a delivery date before you commit.
PERSONAL SERVICE
You’ll get a dedicated, practical, experienced construction specialist who will work on your plans. If they have any questions or problems they perceive, they’ll be in touch with you over the phone.
ORDERING YOUR DRAWING IS EASY
Simply fill in the form and sketch the layout on the graph paper provided in the download, send with photos of the existing property, site or garden to provide context to the design. That’s it.
UPDATES ARE ALWAYS POSSIBLE
If they’re just minor tweaks we can usually accommodate them without charge. Then we charge an hourly rate for further modifications to plans (see the price list).
A DEDICATED DESIGNER WILL EXPERTLY PRODUCE YOUR PLANS
You can choose from three drawing levels. Simply give us a few details about the project, and include sketch floor plans and some internal and external photographs. See our ordering page for full details. We’ll quote you the drawing fee and a delivery date. Once we’ve had your go-ahead you’ll receive your professional drawings in just 7-10 working days.

This indicative scheme drawing is designed to provide inspiration and give you a sense of what to expect. It’s a quick and simple way of exploring initial ideas.

Planning Application drawings
This drawing is designed to help you get planning consent. It’s a high-level schematic layout for your local planning authority. They don’t assist the builder/contract in constructing your project.

Building Regulation drawings
These incorporate the construction detail together with the materials used in order to help you get building regs approval.

We’d like to think our service is highly competitive - especially when you compare us to the cost of an architect! And of course we’re worth every penny when you think of the unplanned costs you may have to swallow if anything is missed… And cheap and cheerful could leave you far from cheery. Just saying.
